You maybe right but there is some people that want to target kids. Imagine you have toys business as we all know kids now days don't watch tv but they actually watch youtube.. so for that toy company to get sales they should show what they are selling to kids so the kids go to the parents and tell em to buy thoes products

I get what you mean, just like I used to target Amazon kindle devices with 1 click purchase enabled selling gaming apps. These kids can really rack up the bills. However the good days are gone now that COPPA has started.

Do you have new info update on that persons revenue?Removing comments and shit, but what's worse, ad revenues are plummeting.
luckily, my stuff didnt get marked, neither did anyone else that makes similar content, but im paranoid about the FTC fining my ass, however unlikely since im not in the US, but in theory they got the ability to fine everyone on the planet since YT is an US platform.
This will happen if you mark your videos as for kids:
so do not mark them. Move out of the US if needed, and do not mark anything as for kids, you might as well jump off a bridge if you mark them.
