Coping / reverse engineering a competitors campaign question

Can I completely copy someone else's ad on Bing that is in my niche? I know the pictures they use already Isn't there's. So I'm wondering is there any way I could lose my account for complete copy of someone else's campaign and landing page?

If so, do you have any suggestions to making this landing page creation a little easier So it converts well. I dont have a big bank of cash..... yet that is

There's no rule or law preventing you from copying a competitor. The question is, why would you? Think of it this way: Pepsi copies Coke and uses the same kinds of ads they use this time of year with Santa. One of two things can happen. One is that Coke sues Pepsi. Bad for Pepsi although this could take years and lots of money on both sides to resolve. Not likely to happen with two small advertisers (I'm assuming your competitor is also small fry). The other thing is that Coke does nothing and thanks Pepsi. These ads are so ingrained in people's mind that when you see those commercials, you think of Coke. Even if Pepsi did them, it would be hard to turn the tide in their favor. So it would be bad idea by Pepsi and may make them lose ground to Coke. So bad idea no matter what.

Same with you. You want to be unique and not make a prospect think of a competitor when seeing your ad. In other words, it's a bad idea to copy. Come up with something unique of your own and better that will beat your competitor.
