Hello everyone,
When I looked at my website's statistics on Google Analytics, there was a search record "site:crawlersite". When I visited this site, I saw that they had duplicated my website's mainpage. Whatever I add my website, they are immediately updating their content or any changes I have made before. Please help.

Seems harmless, but you can try redirecting traffic coming from that IP(s)/referral and send them to a blank page or somewhere else.
 
Firstly, I am sorry, I do not have any idea.

Secondly, is it an identical copy? It sounds interesting. Although very frustrating I bet
 
Three things you can do

1. Add rel=canonical - so Google knows that your site is the original source of the content. Read - https://yoast.com/rel-canonical/

2. File a DMCA takedown notice with Cloudflare & Google (if he's indexed) -

Cloudflare - https://www.cloudflare.com/abuse/form
Google - https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/dmca-dashboard

3. Check your site's access logs to see if you're being continuously accessed by some IP. Once you find an IP hitting your site on a regular basis, run an IP check to ensure its not your IP or a Residential IP.

Then add this to your .htaccess

Code: 
Order Allow,Deny
Allow from all
Deny from xx,xx,xx,xx

Replace xx.xx.xx.xx with their IP.
 
Is it a 100% rip off or they just copied some part/ content?

Everything down to the theme? I am not going to be the best person to help you here, but I feel like there are missing pieces.

Is it some sort of clone software they have or are they physically checking your website for updates then including them?

If you dont know this, I would suggest going into an article that you have written that they have already copied, changing the spelling of a word, or the order of a sentence, or something else very inconspicuous, then checking to see if that change gets made on the clone site too.

I added my comment before I saw this. Not sure mine is relevant any more. :)
 
The contents on other website are different but the website design is same, then it's alright. Webdesigners make 100s of websites.
 
It is not related with the design. They have only duplicated my website's mainpage. When you click one of the posts on that website, it directs you to my page. When I add a new post, they immediately add this post on their main page. It doesn't look like someone doing this manually.
 
You should start with All in one WP security plugin. You'll probably get it fixxed using the block fake google bots option.
 
I had a freelancer create me a site once.

I sent him an example of a site I liked.

He copied the site basically. But after a few weeks I noticed some of the links were still directing to this other site.


He just copied the code and pasted it.

Why not just send the site a message?
 
I know that there is more to it than this, but if they're sending you traffic... leave them to it?
 
As a developer let me try to explain. Making a website is like building a bike in your garage. The bike design is not unique so anyone can build a bike and sell it without infringing any copyright laws. If you build a bike then place BMX emblems on it then try to sell it then you are infringing copyright laws. If the person who copied your website duplicated the structure of your website and also duplicated your content such as the words and the pictures then they have infringed copyright laws however it is really easy to fix in most cases. All you have to do is email the host provider of the site (bluehost, godaddy, hostgator, etc) and they will force the site to remove content if not the entire website. In some rare cases people will clone sites then place them on bullet proof hosting sites located in countries who do not regularly cooperate with law enforcement making it difficult to take the site down. In my opinion I would not spend alot of time trying to detect if your website has been copied because one thing is for sure websites are duplicated on a mass scale every single day.
