Copied content if indexed do pass juice?

Hello I'm new to seo but I'm reading the forum from quite some time now.
I always read that for PBN you must use unique content.
But this for google.com I think.
I notice that outside google.com usually google index up to 4-5 copied contents from different websites.
My question is: If I use copied content on PBN and content get index, do they pass juice correctly?

Yes it probably will. Google can dampen linkjuice, so it can pass it but it can be pretty damn near useless even if indexed, and if it attracts a penalty it can become a toxic low quality link

Yes, it does but recommended only for churn and burn sites because it is only a matter of time until the blogs are penalized for thin content.

being indexed and following links are two separate things
you can have a page de-indexed and Google still follows the links.

Any do-follow link passes some sort of "juice", but its effectiveness would depend on loads of different factors, apart from the uniqueness of the content, so to answer your question - yes, copied content would still pass link juice.

Honestly, I used auto blogging on a Kitchen decor site and just had AdSense on it . Soon after my keywords started showing up on page 1 as well. So I wrote 2500 words in 5 unique articles then used wpmudev auto blog plugin to pull authority feeds and post them without editing anything except adding a link back to the original. I set all this up on a quality expired domain I spent 60 bucks on and generated a few hundred via AdSense. There are many uses for copied content if you are creative. After few months of keywords on 1st page, I got a couple DMCA notices and had to shut it down.

I guess my point is that the Autoblog started showing up directly under the original for the keywords. I am taking the keywords from authority sites I was leeching content from. So original content is not required but very very very beneficial

But the original will stay on first position unless some high authority website copy content from low quality site. You can read this amazing case study (dejanseo.com.au/hijack/) which was actually published five years back but it can be effective in 2017 as well.

It might but the whole thing is risky. Better come up with unique content and you would be good.

Unite quality content will be the better option

It's always good to use unique content to get loved by Google. And, informative and unique content plays a good role.
