Copied a website now what?

Ok so I downloaded someone's website and plan on rewriting and changing links but do not know how to make it all work on my WordPress website..the website I downloaded is a WordPress site aswell

How would I change the links in bulk aswell?

Why would you do that, you won't rank in todays day with these new updates. Don't waste your time.

If you don't know the simplest things like how to change links, you won't be able to get any benefit from copying someone else's site.

In Google's current algorithm, simply copying will not immediately lead to duplication and pessimization of your domain.
To get good rankings and traffic, you need to copy someone else's site into a new structure that is much better than that site's current one.

Now light a fire and go around it praying google will rank you.
