Okay, so I've been running my campaigns and they've been doing great. And my landing sites are getting more and more hits each day.

But on the 5th to today my conversions have suddenly stopped, I got an email from my clients and they said the offer is not working correctly, the clients said that they get errors after they fill out a certain part of the offer.

So now I feel as if I'm stuck, I can't talk to my AM about this because I can't really explain how I found out that the offer is not working correctly, unless of course I was doing something blackhat/not right their eyes.

So, what do you think I should do?

    ---

Also, I have received multiple emails about the issue and it is indeed on their side of the offer, nothing to do with my setup.

    Thanks for any answers.

I hate to bump this so early but I'm losing some serious money here.

Has anyone else ever had a problem like this before? :\

I feel stupid for asking the question and I know the answer is to call my AM and talk about it but this campaign I'm running; I can't explain how I know the offer isn't working. I'm honestly at an impasse. I've thought about switching out the offers but the one I'm running is too specific to my campaign.

I guess there is not much you can do. If your EPC has tanked it would be obvious there is a problem so tell them that.

I have had some problems with Copeac as well. Try and set up some new links. They usually have a bunch of links that you can use for the same offer that will bring the traffic to a different page. If not then it might be a problem with the advertiser not Copeac. I am sure you are not the only one having a problem with that offer.

Yes, and it did, thank god. I lost a lot of traffic that day but oh well, I'll live.
