Copeac not receieving emails for support?

This is ridiculous, Copeac is almost impossible to contact. They never answer the phone, my AM is never online for live chat and now all the emails at copeac including my AM are being returned to sender. Are these guys even a real business?

I have left phone msgs and multiple emails to my AM and noooo reply! Not sure where these guys are...to much snow in Long Island?

Not my AM...I asked if he was going to Vegas and he said nope. I have not got a reply back in over 10 days.

another am.
