Copeac allows scam programs?

Free trials make monthly debits on the credit card after the trial period is over, if the cosutmer does not cancel.

Most probably that's the situation

99% of all acai berry offers are like this and this is how they can afford to pay $30 - $45 per free trial.

lmfao. what a fckn tool and too title it in that manner even with a "?" is slander in my opinion. and quite frankly i dnt like it. especially with copeac being one of the best aff networks and the owner and aff mgrs are frequent active members here.

It's called a rebill....the acai berry products that you wanna promote all do this....oh yeah and some other products such as the grant and work at home offers. kthanxbye.

Unfortunately the fact is people don't read terms and conditions.

It was probably laid out quite clearly there in the terms, the customer just didn't take the time to read 500 words and get an idea of what they were signing up for.

COPEAC rocks

Those offers are shady as hell and are the cause of a lot of consumer complaints. I think copeac actually runs these offers themselves because thats all they seem to promote in their newsletters or on their main site. I bet you will find massive complaints for almost all of those offers...not just that, but the LPs use (without permission) video from Oprah's show, make it seem like the product is endorsed by a doctor, etc. There is talk about a big FTC crackdown on the networks AND affiliates promoting these offers...so, something to think about. Calling these offers a scam is accurate.

ask for free trial cancel ur CC and ask for a new number simple as that

COPEAC has been sketchy for me in the past.. Once I visited their parent site "intermarkmedia.com" and it tried to send my browser 50 pop-ups to copeac.com..

They're paying you 30$ when someone does a 1$ trial... Do you think they're making charity?

how has this network been sketchy? Copeac is a good network, and FYI 99% of all Networks including big ones like CJ all have acai products.... so I think the op should have been a bit more careful to diss a network because of one of its advertisers.....all networks have some shitty advertisers and its really not the advertisers fault that the customer is a dumb ass and can't read or forgets to cancel before the trial is up...... like it was said above ignorance is not a excuse.....

Just use a prepaid visa, simple.

They're ripping people off, as are the affiliates who promote this stuff. There are Acai offers that do not mislead people into buying crap like this. Let's not forget the 5-6 "bonus" offers that people get signed up for automatically as soon as they submit their CC info.

Define good. BlackHat does not mean making money ILLEGALLY and just because they and other shady networks have been getting away with this stuff doesn't mean it's going to last forever.

Those "shitty advertisers" you speak of are non-existent. Who do you think is behind those offers? The CPA networks set them up themselves, they have their hand in both pots...are you really that dense? How do you think the CPA network makes money? Do you think they're going ot funnel all that money and take a measily 3-5% cut? Get real.

CJ isn't running rebills that fail to disclose the fact that the customer is signing up for a rebill. Hiding it in the fine print doesn't cover your ass...it's considered obfuscation and it's what many credit card companies are being sued for right now for doing the exact same thing with fees and APRs.

Do you really think these crap offers would convert if people actually knew they would be charge $90 each month? LOL

If you choose to run any of these scams on any of the CPA networks, go right on ahead! But sooner or later it will catch up with you. Not all affiliate marketers are douchebags like you and make plenty of money without ripping people off or supporting CPA networks who do.
