COOP domain - found gold?

Hi,

I found an expired .coop domain with a very powerful backlink profile, links from:

wikipedia
eventbrite
usda gov
whitehouse gov
buzzfeed
yale edu

Does anyone have any experience with COOP domains? I read that they are available for cooperations, and you have to prove some stuff.. anyone went through the process to register them?

As long as its powerful and got GOOD links. Go for it.

I've found a ton of GREAT domains but I don't qualify for them.

This might be just like that. If you don't qualify then you cant register it.
