Yep, its sort of the same thing that happens with me. However, I always have a certain % of proxies that pass.

Do you have ANY proxies that are passing the test?

Even when he uploads tested proxies like this, you have to grab them within 1-2 hours to have most of the proxies pass. Thats why I never download tested proxy lists. Because when its time to reup my proxies, I would have to find someone who JUST FINISHED testing a batch and uploading them here. Which rarely happens.

What I would do if I was you is copy over all his proxies, from the last page or 2, then test them yourself, and keep the passed ones. However, if NONE are passing EVER, that sounds like a much different problem.

This last list he uploaded yesterday, by today only 22 of them passed. Which is about 10%. Thats why "tested proxies" are useless unless you grab them the minute they're uploaded.
