Cool Down Period for Twitter

What is the cool down period for Twitter to change email and username. After buying and login from a new location?

Recently I got a message saying this operation is not allowed because I've logged in from a new device while I was trying to change email.
I was able to change the password. did not try to change the username.

I think it's 24 before you can change the username or email.

I bought some twitter accounts last year, was trying to set them up, but I was told to wait 24 hours before changing email / username / phone number / etc... .

Haven't checked back though...

From recent experience, need to wait 48 hours to change email.
