converting Word doc. to PDF

    im confused on how to convert a word document to a PDF document. i thought it was an easy task but im having a hard time.

    You can download and use open office instead or word and it's a simple export, or you can use a free service like this... http://www.doc2pdf.net/

    i looked for export in word but couldnt find it. if i used doc2pdf would they have a copy of the doc? cause its my first ebook ive been working on and i dont want it to get out yet

    No I wasn't referring to MS word, rather an open source suite of the same apps found in MS office. Check it out... http://www.openoffice.org/

    try Nitro PDF Professional
    it allows you to install a toolbar for Word, Excel and PowerPoint which give you the ability to save your Word doc as a pdf.

    thanks gordon but its only a trial. im going to try this open office way first but its taking forever to download

    Pretty easy really. Get Adobe Professional and drag and drop it into there and save ...

    cutepdf, free, easy to use and converts pretty much anything into pdf
