Converting Website into iOS- Android App

I know there are lots of websites promising to convert a website into an iOS and Android application, but which one is really getting the job done and not a rip-off? Just saw a website offering this service for around 1k bucks.

Depends on the website, but this can easily be done for free. There are tons of tutorials on Google and Youtube, which doesn't require any "special" programs or websites.
If you're not skillful enough or you don't want to waste your time with converting, you can always use a service on Fiverr. It will cost you around $10
