I am currently working on some porn websites and I do get some traffic every video, average 10-50k
and i have an affiliate offer it is well made, edited into the video not to long not to annoying but I never get any sale, what could be the problem here ?

i think they are relatable, the ads are about pills that the audience can buy, i have to redirect them to another page

The adult doesn't work like other niches, You need targeted traffic for a specific offer. If you are thinking about putting an offer on random videos, it's not going to work. Plus add some links or cta in the video description.

so by that you mean for example cam videos to an offer related to cam ?

Exactly. Plus you are selling penis enlargement/pills so you need a lot of traffic.
Or the problem might be a broken link or stuff
