Converting north african traffic ?

(excuse my english, which is not my native language)

i have some north african adult/webcam/dating traffic from countries like :
Tunisia, Marocco, Lybia, Egypt, and it's very hard for me to convert something.

Do you think it's possible to make something with this traffic ? is there some special affiliate
programs for north africa?
