Converting Likes to Followers

So the basic workflow:

- Post to my fan page
- My other accounts share that post to various relevant groups

The shares do well in the groups - they always get a fair amount of likes / reactions / etc. However, those people are not clicking through to my fan page & following.

What's the best way to get them to actually come follow the page? Is there some magic word? Please follow this page?

try always to deliver interesting and relevant content so people will see from time to time they should maybe check your page and like it to miss nothing in the future. you could also write something like "more of this on our page"
