    Hello All,

    Thanks for clicking.

I have a bunch of Blogspot blogs tha are ranked very well for some very competitive keywords. I would like to convert these blogs into a traditional looking websites.

What is the best way of going about this while still retaining my rankings?

Also, is it possible to NOT HAVE the blog content as the main content on the homepage anymore? Of course i know that that has been the driving factor in ranking these blogs, but my client would like to avoid the blog look as much as possible.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    thanks!

You might consider wordpress, its easy to export from blogger and import into wordpress, i have done with my clients blogs and the process is mostly automated.

hmm, do you use your own domain or smth/ like blogspot, if second it will be impossible as your rankings depends on that domain name

I'd have to second AAWebDev on this.

If you're using blogspot currently for your website, there are plugins for Wordpress that make it extremely simple to import content from blogspot. Wordpress is by far the best CMS for the blogging format so you should be in good hands in that regard.

You can also run Wordpress off of Heroku servers which allows you to unlock all the paid features of wordpress for absolutely free.
