Converting adult pin site traffic

Does traffic from adult pin sites convert at all? I keep reading about how Crakrev offers are high converting and all, but it's not the case with me so far. I'm using a popular pin site, lots of visitors, people liking my pins and got a few followers already without effort. I've got some hits to my offers but no conversions. So are pin sites worthless traffic? I've tried this route cause I'm getting no followers on tumblr and I'm posting pics regularly, followed a bunch of people but still nothing

apparently you can advertise your banners on the pin site but is it worth it? they probably cost a lot to advertise and I don't know if they're even effective, I'd rather not spend money on any of this, I have $0 in the bank

You're trying PPL or PPS offers?

PPS and revshare. these are just hits/uniques I've gotten not leads (I've got 0 leads too)

Pins are good for SEO, but not so much for traffic.
