I have recently come in possession of a large amount of Facebook ad spend and would like to convert it into cash. I have tried running a couple ad campaigns for anti-ageing creams and the ROI was mostly negative. Any ideas for how to convert this ad spend to cash without losing most of it on unsuccessful ad campaigns?
