Convertible Squeeze Page

I wanna promote some CB products with Bing Ads, and i wanna reffer traffic to a squeeze page first before the sale page of product.
I have some models of squeeze pages but i'm not sure if they are really convertible or not.

Need help about that, and if possible some other models to download. I'm searching squeeze pages tested and approved by members.
