Convert wordpress to smarty

I am looking for prices,
My website is in smarty,I have a wordpress design mostly php,

I need someone who can convert the wordpress design i have and make it fit into my site,

Sorry if i havent explained things very well,
Im only saying what i have been told by a coder what needs doing,

Im unable to post links,so i cannot show my site and the design i want putting in,

People who can do this can you please give me a price
