Convert Twitter Handle to Email

I saw this was being discussed in another thread but it died a long time ago so resurfacing this opportunity.

Getting twitter handles is pretty easy, but getting any contact info for that handle is still pretty hard. I can use the FullContacts API to get basic on information on the individual, but they unfortunately don't give you the contact email or phone number.

Anybody stumbled across anything lately to help with this?
