convert static HTML site to wordpress site

Hi I am looking to convert a static HTML site to a wordpress site

I am looking for the content and pages to be convert
Once that is done I can easily adjust the look and style myself

I am looking for someone who has done this before and can convert the static html site in such a way as not to confuse google as I do not want to lose the good ranking I have already built up

I do not know much about conversion but I will defiantly need html tags on the converted pages

If anyone can do this what would be the cost be.
