Convert profile in page, help please

Hi to all, I have an account with 180k followers (5k friends) and I want to convert it in page, but there is a problem:
This account has the privacy of friends of friends, first had publish privacy, but I've recovered it with identity card and now the birthday is changed in 1998 and I can't change it.
Can I change the date of birthday again?
If I convert it in page will has 185k fans or 5k (for the privacy)?

I guess there is no way to do that at the moment.

180k followers are real or fake one? if followers are listed then it won't get transferred into page..

You cant transfer followers.
