Hello everyone, i have a doubt..

I have found a lot of PLR ebooks with contents that can interest people from my blog.
My blog is portuguese(brazil), and i want to translate some chapters of some PLR ebooks and use this translations as a article. Is there a problem with this? Will google penalize me?
    Thank you

Your spinning content basically. There is no problem with this. Just I would advise that you not copy the PLR content word for word. Be creative.

Is the PLR content indexed on Google? If not, you should be good to go.

When you translate it, do it manually rather than with a tool like Google Translate. I'm sure you already know this being bilingual, but Google Translate doesn't exactly do the best job.

Thank you for your answer, i'm gonna change some parts and write with my own words, not google tradutor or something.
