Anyone know a program or online service that can convert a .mov file to a .gif without adding static to it?

The video is only 6 seconds.

convert mov to avi or mp4 (though it might work with mov, don't have idea) and use Photoshop

I also want to know...is there any good .swf to .gif converter....I tried many but all produce very very slow gif and of bad quality!

I think if you import the .mov or .swf into Adobe Flash CS 5 or lower you have an option to export as animated gif.
