Convert more viewers into followers advice

Hi guys,

A few of my videos have started to go viral somewhat. I have 8.5k followers but my videos are getting 15k-50k views recently. My most recent video (below) shared 15 hours ago has gained 30k views with 8k likes but has only converted into 40 follows. Any tips on how to up these rookie numbers?

It depends on your profile. If your profile is not eye catchy and attractive then you won't get good conversion. So start working on your Profile
