Convert FB profile to page error?

For some reason I can't convert my profile to a FB page. I followed all the instructions and every single time I try I get this error:

"An error has occurred while merging pages. This may be caused by your attempt to merge too many pages."

I'm not trying to merge any pages just create a new one from my profile.

ALSO I think I should mention that I got banned for 15 days :yield: for posting spam/irrelevant stuff on pages... Is this the reason? Do I have to wait 15 days until I can convert this page?

you have used account as admin to migrate/merge two or more pages .
I came acrossed with the same error before , when i tried to convert a 5k friends account to a page , Still i am not able to convert them to page.

Not exactly sure what you mean when you said, "you have used account as admin to migrate/merge two or more pages ."

I'm not trying to merge and have not merged any pages before using this account I'm just trying to convert my profile to a page.

Anyone have any ideas?

Think I should mention that every time I attempt to convert my profile it does create a page but the page doesn't have any followers..

Im also having the same issue, and I am also banned from sending friend requests. Were you able to convert to a fan page after the ban was lifted?

I also got a question for you guys, Imagina i got a fake called, vladimir Putin or whatever, and I want it to turn into a apge called ''Never'' can I do that? DO I first have to change the profile name to never and then merge?
