Conversions in Adword is low

Hello,
I just create a Block Puzzle game. And I run some campaign for it.
I run for Brazin, US, Japan, and Korea.
But I only get 10 install per day.
I bid 0.3$ for each country.
What should I do now, can you give me some suggestion ?

First world countries won't land you conversions for .3$... it's a low bid.

bid for $1 and you will see conversions are pouring in but be sure to have a good budget coz the only way to optimize it is to have lots of conversions and budget

you Bid it too low bro Increase our daily Budget and Bid don't place a bid of $1 and daily budget is $10,

CPI is good, don't tell him to overbid.
What you have to do, is create 5-10 ad groups, because your ad group may sucks

i have an fps game i want to get installs for and i don't what countries i should target and how much to put for every ad set ?
