I am getting sales on my website, but the ad dashboard shows 0 conversions. pixel setup seems corect, but it is not tracking properly. How can I test and fix it?

Try a test purchase and watch the pixel event in real time. If the event fires but the dashboard stays at zero, check the conversion settings in the ad account.

Place a test order and see if the purchase event is being received. If not, the issue is most likely with the event trigger or pixel setup.

i believe a test purchase usually helps narrow down where the tracking is failing so try using it to understand where the issue is coming from

Okay first check the pixel events with a test purchase and also verify the event fires correctly and the conversion is linked to the right campaign.

Check the full tracking flow from landing page to checkout. Use a test purchase and see if the conversion event is triggered properly.
