It's hard to say with the information you gave us. It all depends on niche, what offer, LP quality etc.
But overall 1500 hits and 103 free signup isn't that bad anyway depending on how targeted the traffic is, could be a lot better though.
As I said, it depends on a number of factors and it is impossible to say if it's good or bad with this small amount of information.
