Not exactly what I was looking for, but might be helpful to some nonetheless.

There's plenty of excerpts and summaries on w3.marketingsherp.c0m site for inspiration, but if anyone has the whole guide a link would be appreciated.

I saw a copy of the 2008 version somewhere. I'll find a link for you later this evening if I get a chance. I'm not in an environment conducive to such activities at the moment.
