Hey Guys,

I know this seems like a stupid technical question. I've been working with my AM(with the help of his manager) from NeverBlue the past 8 hours on quite possibly the lamest problem, I feel like someone here should have a 2 second fix?

All I'm trying to do is Sync up my Tracking 202 & POF with NeverBlue

My Conversion Pixels are the format as follows:

POF

I-Frame:

Image-Based:

Tracking 202:

Global Postback URL

So I log into NeverBlue & punch in my info in the following sections.....

Tracking202

Tools--> "Enter Your Non Site Specific Global Postback URL" --> http://static.tracking202.com/grt/gtqqv40324b4in1?subid={subid}

POF
Tools--> Pixel Manager --> Add Pixel --> Pixel type = Image --> "Tracking Code / Pixel
Please paste your image or HTML here. Refer to our pixel system tag templates on the right. Pixel will be fired at the conclusion of a successful conversion."
--> <img src="http://t.ads.pof.com/cc.aspx?a=qHt9d3xqRVFkZBSrZmhgbBto" style="display:none">

What am I doing wrong here

Hi,

Not too sure if I've misread - but it seems to me you're doing the following:
You're running POF to T202 links, so T202 will do the tracking.
But then, you are placing POF conversion pixels into Neverblue?

Surely it should be:

POF AD -> T202 -> Neverblue, and, since T202 is doing the tracking, in Neverblue, you should either be using the global postback url, as supplied by T202, OR the tracking pixels AS SUPPLIED BY T202.

In other words, ignore the POF generated tracking pixels, they should NOT be inserted into Neverblue - you will know which POF ads converted in T202 by the use of subid's.

HTH
