I was wondering if it is worth it go a Conversion Optimisation Agency a shot. I am trying to improve the conversion rate of my leads collecting site and I found some agencie with "magical" promises... Have you ever tried any of them? If so would you recommend me a good one?

To the OP:
Conversion optimisation is a skill, it's not an art like some will lead you to believe. It can be learned, and is worth learning yourself if you plan on being in this business for a long time. There are plenty of books in the downloads section of BHW that will assist you; and it's a great deal of fun working out what works and what doesn't.

There are tricks to it, such as "Orange buttons convert better" - but once you're past that, it's all about using your brain. Make the user trust you, and they'll buy from you. Look genuine, mimic the big retailers in similar industries. It's NOT rocket science.
