conversion on specific method

The idea is to create job listings on like craigslist searching for writers for a specific product. the contact email will have an automated response telling the applicants that they are currently being reviewed. the message will contain a link to an affiliate so that they can " sign up and research" about the company they may be writing for.

i'm just looking for advice or suggestions on good sites with offers that can fit the image. that offer like pay per sign ups or something. i'v checked cpa leads, those are just a bunch of surveys or mobile stuff.

The issue with this method is that it really won't convert on the backend for the advertiser. Don't get me wrong, it can work for a little bit, but it is not a long term strategy. You will definitely want an incentive network such as cpalead or cpagrip. Maybe a better method would be to promote app downloads using this method and ask prospective "applicants" to download and try out the app, so maybe OGads. Kind of a crappy thing to do for people looking for jobs, but thats just me.
