Conversion issue after Mar core update

For all of our websites after core update we are getting clicks, traffic but users are not filling the form. Any one facing the same issue?
Ranking are same
Traffic is same
No technical changes made
But we are not getting same leads like earlier.

Research shows that reducing the number of fields will improve the conversion rate and increase form submissions.
