Conversion Help !

Hi Everyone.

I need some help PLEASE - can anyone tell me there opinions or recommend where I can go for advice.

My site currently at number 1 for its niche which is Property Management.

My issue is, although we have heavy traffic, 35% for the relevant keywords. It wont convert, No calls emails Diddly SQUAT!

Im running a PPC to a landing page, and that one doesnt help either.

I really need some help as mum running out of ideas!

maybe it's bot traffic, that's the only thing I can think of... at least for your SEO page. For the PPC one could be one of your competitors bombarding your landing page with fake traffic to deplete your budget so they can take your spot :)

Try using other PPC network for a week or 2 and see how it does. If you're getting conversions on the other network it's almost certain that you're getting screwed by your competitor(s)...

As for the SEO traffic issue, I've heard that Cloudflare can successfully block bot traffic, put your site behind CF and see what happens...
 
I took a look at your site, and it loads really slowly.

So that's one thing.

You probably would need to invest in better copywriting because what you are saying on your front page isn't really that different nor any more compelling than what your competitors are saying.

You're saying that you're offering the lowest rates and there's a guaranteed monthly income, servicing the whole of Phuket.

So what?

The key here is to invest in gripping copywriting that can be engineered into your site's main homepage.

I also looked at your landing page, and it's not much better because it starts off immediately with a signup and then 81% more bookings, guaranteed monthly income, and rates as low as 12% — blah blah blah

So what?

So yeah, dude.

Instead of spending more money on traffic, spend more money on copywriting.

This is the correct assessment.

Slow to load

Site feels like it was put together by ai...ver impersonal.

Copywriting is terrible

Not easy to navigate properly... you have links that go to.osges with very very limited content.

Simply put, your site does not reflect the claims of high quality service.
 
Sometimes simple tweaks, such as adding a chatbot or offering a free consultation, can boost conversions. I also run heatmaps to see where users stop using the site.

You were right, after speaking to google about our funds being depleted, they informed us that we had a little bot issue. Can I find a similar service on Blackhat?

I've never needed one so I don't know. But I assume that there is one, there are all sorts of weird things in the marketplace :)

He said that it is ranking at 1 then how can it be bot traffic.
