Conversion Criteria on CPA Email Submits?

Hey there guys, I'm starting a new project which I'll be rewarding my players, which are mostly teenagers between 12-18, to complete CPA offers in exchange of rewards inside a desktop multiplayer game I own. I have found pretty good US e-mail submit offers, which pay $1.85 per email submit , but I am wondering based on what criteria these offers actually convert. I can already imagine that 99% of my players will input fake email addresses and other data, but I can also tell that this is pretty much what all other people that complete surveys to download hacks and other fake stuff people input on those kind of incentive offers. My question is: Will I be safe with a network such as ogads? Will my players convert? What criteria those email submit offers convert?

as long as it backs out for the main advertiser there shouldnt be any problem.

You can't use regular email submits for this kind of submission, because it's incentivized. You would need incentive offers to lock the content, which usually pay less than regular email submits.

Ask your AM in Ogads if fake emails would be ok for them.
As from my experience, these incentive offers do not usually have any KPIs or low KPIs from direct advertiser, so when they buy such traffic they know what to expect (low RR, fake emails, registrations from one ip and etc)
