Never do that man, MY Page got banned dude to that
because if you run ads facebook will analyze your page traffic so can advertise for them

Lots of wrong or unneeded advice here... I have never warmed up a facebook page by liking/interacting/etc...
90% of the time I create the page and same day launch ads from it with no posts/likes/anything
However.. if your page got restricted, the domain you were sending traffic to is now likely flagged behind the scenes.
So it may be best to change your website domain, and re-setup and relaunch the ads on a new ad account with new payment method if possible

You can run interactions ads first and then do the conversion ads later, that may help and more stable
