Who can help solve these: my site has been penalized through manual action by google. .

Rewrite all of your content. Make it longer and more thoroughly researched. And maybe even group some pages together so you have 1 decent quality page rather than two pages with thin content.

Total guess without seeing your site of course, but that's my guess.

you need to start writting long articles .

minimum 500 words.

it not just the length ,it the info you are also giving , you need to write with facts and images and video to prove your content worth indexing.

Agreed. They told you in the message what you need to do. Just right more content. I do minimum of 300 words even for contact us pages.

I think, Your content was short and valueless. That's why you faced this problem. But If you try to increase your website value and word then it can be good.

Don't waste your more time on it..buy another domain name with a 301 redirect.
