Conversation in email inbox

Hi,.

Sorry if this already ask before. When I receive PM/conversation from other member why I can't see the message body instead just title.

In other forum that I joined, I can read the whole message, other forum also use xenforo or what do I missed in setting up my user control panel..?

Please help, so this will safe more time to read the message instead visit the forum just to read PM
