Contracts/Proposals/Agreements for Local SEO Projects?

Someone told me that you can get these things around here or that someone posted them. Does anyone care to tell me in what thread or where I can find them? I did a bit of searching with the forum and dug through some old threads and saw people talked about them but nobody actually posted them.
