Contract selling a business and website

Am looking at selling my domain and business to someone i know. To make things legal and offical, what steps and what website would be best to do it this please ?

Why would selling a website be illegal?

If the sale is big enough ($25k+), you can negotiate a discounted rate with a broker if you already have the buyer in hand.

you can do it as a agrement but ill personaly get a law person write one up and they send it around £80 a letter atleast it legal.
no come backs

if you can write a fully typed offer of what being sold in and outs and they sign and send it to you will be as good .

all your doing is saving your arse from any complaints or wanting money back .
