When you log in on the same device with too many accounts, it is easy to encounter this error. Log in separately with a different IP address, it will help you.

I usually use hotmail and gmail, I don't get video recording verification error
 
It’s not related to the email domain - it’s mostly about login patterns, device fingerprints, or region mismatch. Keeping consistent login behavior and verified info usually helps reduce how often this happens.

It has to to with how many accounts you registered on same IP .
 
You may have created multiple accounts on the same device, it is safe to create new Facebook accounts by dedicating a separate proxy to each account.

I also had this problem frequently because I used a proxy to log in and my email was not validated, but when I added my phone number to my profile this didn't happen anymore
 
Photo verification isn’t related to using an educational email. It usually happens because of unusual IPs, devices, or sign-up behavior. Using a stable IP, real device, and completing your profile helps reduce verification requests.
