Continuous photo ID test won't let me unlock profiles

I'm pretty much an account unlocking master, but i've had 6 accounts get locked this week that make me do the ID test but wont unlock. has anyone else ran into this? if you fail the test it has always said you either took too much time or ur answers werent accurate enough, but now it just starts over as if i never even took it. it does this over & over, even if i just guess them as fast as i can it still just starts me over. any advice?
