Continue this or quit?

My advice: stick with your CPA. You've made $30, so just scale it up. It takes time to create a steady income.

I really don't buy much of that "believe in yourself", "anyone can do it" crap most gurus out there will tell you.

The truth is... if after 8 months you still didn't make it, you are probably doing something WRONG. Or you're never gonna make it.

Don't be discouraged though, if you have the time, the patience and the drive to stick with it even when you are failing. You may have what it takes to make it online :) IT's HARDER nowadays than every before. Too much competition, too much bullshit, too much useless ebooks, software, etc aimed to the crowd who wants to be taken by their hands and pointed to a goldmine.

Just, think... what are your goals? Do you really want to make it big? Or do you want to have a nice income without working too much?

If you have a particular knowledge, work for someone else until you hone your marketing skills. You don't need to sell acai berry trials to fat americans. You know 3d, well... you can begin building 3d logos / presentations / flash intros / etc and make a good chunk of money. From there, scale scale scale. You'll be there in no time. Most of the time people get stuck in the wrong place, when you're there, there are two paths, you either drop it or you either go the full monthy and it may work out or not.

Hoping the best for you man :)

You'e not failing you are learning. You only fail if you quit!

(i am learning so much lately.. haha)

Those who lament about others being spoonfed want to be spoonfed the most.

Making money online is one of the most diffuse adventures you can experience in the modern society.

David tells you why:
Too much competition, too much bullshit, too much useless ebooks, software, etc aimed to the crowd

At first people want to "just make money" next to their job or their parents financing them. Then some people become unemployed and suddenly they see that there seems to be a great pool of money on the internet, only.

When they were not dependent on it they did not notice or care but now as they are dependent on any kind of income they see what is really behind the internet income opportunity.

Nothing but a huge pool of insecurity. Millions of people are competing, who wants to "work" nowadays?

Is 9-to-5 really horror? Having failed so often without a light in sight( or real methods to come closer to it) working from 9-to-5 becomes more and more attractive to me.

'Why do we fall, to pick ourselves up'

Just keep trying different methods and putting your own spin on it till you find something that works for you and expand on this.

To get them to opt in, you give them a free book.
This is wrong. Apple has never given anything for free.

"Would you hand over your car keys to a stranger on the street?" I don't think so. "Would you hand over the keys to your roommate?" Probably. Why? Because you have a history together so you know him, so you "trust" him. This is exactly the same in marketing. It will be hard for a total stranger to fill out a 3 page cpa offer for you. Why? Because you are a stranger for him. But if he would know you, then maybe he would. That's why email/zip submits convert better (well, except shaving) because the commitment required is "minimum". He doesn't have to know you much. And he doesn't have to spend much time to do it.
Wrong.

This is the same for your life. If you constantly go out 100 nights in a row, and talk with 20 chicks each time, you will get laid, eventually. Your looks or your voice doesn't matter. You'll run into a chick so drunk or so high and you will get laid. But this won't make you a casanova. You know what i mean?
You seem to be in need of sex badly.

So the key is not what you're doing. It's how you are doing it. Don't quit my friend. Work hard, try and fail and try again. You'll see that one day everything will be different for you :) Good luck!
Not helpful.

when I just got started... I would also get discouraged too when something didn't work right... and what I did.. learn about another great method that would open my eyes to another area that was unknown to me... learn learn learn and give it a try...

looks like the OP quit :\

all the advice in the world can't help someone if they've got a failure-oriented mindset.

kinda sad, but not really

My IM journey (8 months) was a total failure.
I've tried CPA ... didn't woked. I've made 30$ doing this.
Acrticle writing is not for me. The main reson is that english is not my first language (i'm from Romania).
I've made 5 autoblogs. 0 earnings in 3 months.
SiteFlipping --- the only thing i know is wordpress. i suck at PHP.
Hiring a menthor for 90% of my eventual earnings -- didn't find one.
I've lost my hope and i've tried online poker and casinos.--total failure.
The only thing that i am good at is 3D design-- didn't find a job.

I know i'll receive answers like this:"read more" ,"nobody is goind to spoonfeed you". "bet your 30$ on red"...and the list continues.

I really need a piece of advice. Thanks.

What if I told you that it took me 3 years to earn a stable income? I'm still reading everyday, and I make enough to be considered middle class in the US.

My advice to you is to put a plan together and set a goal. Focus all your energy into a specific topic. Everyday, before you go to sleep set goals for the next day. Make a medium term goal that you want to accomplish as well. Such as having x number of websites by January, and earning x amount of money.

Write all of it down! I cannot tell you how many people fail because they don't do this. They are motivated, but once the get to a position that they don't fully understand, they don't know what to do. They become lost, and are not able to focus.

If you're disoriented, and have a bunch of crappy ebooks and 100 different IM softwares on your computer, take a week and sort everything out. Internet marketing is a long term thing, and if you don't plan on failing 10 times before you succeed once, then be prepared to spend the rest of your time hovering around forums without making a significant change in your life.

find a great niche do some seo money will come. dont lose hope. blackhat is the way i love this forum i had learned a lot ehre. i started with 0 $ and last month i had made 4000$ only from cpa and clickbank and selling the site that made me 500 in one month with 3000$. so dont ever give up. never know what hits you and when. and dog, read all ebooks you can get :)

BTW im from romania 2;)

Why do people fail?

The main reason why people can't make money is not because the methods are outdated or rehashed etc. The reason is, most people are not aware of the principles of marketing. If you're lacking of that knowledge, no matter how hard you try or no matter how many methods you apply, you'll most likely fail because you're not putting your own twist to it.

What do i mean by twist? Every single product or service no matter what it is whether a software or a cpa offer, needs to be marketed properly so that people can be convinced that "they really need it". This is it, pretty much dead simple. You have to come up with something that it will help convincing people. Now, if you need their dedication (i'll get back to this in a bit) then things will get harder for your promotional efforts because your conversion rate will be very low.
you're giving advice on marketing when it is clear that you don't know the first thing about it.

you don't even know what marketing is.

and that's the problem with asking for advice in here.

80% of you are b.s.ers and the other 20% are clueless posers.

A guy who was dirt poor once and now a millionaire once said ....

"IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, WHY SHOULD ANYONE BELIEVE IN YOU?"

Think about that mate.

ok, i've thought about it.

it's illogical.

one has absolutely nothing to do with the other.

way too many $2 lectures in pop psychology given back in the 60's. i think all that drivel is in the gene pool now.

man...be determined...online work...sooner or later definately pays you..so don't be discouraged on continue with what you are aiming to achieve.

Well If you are good at 3D then you should try to sell some or your 3D models at
Code:
http://3docean.net/
or
http://www.creativecrash.com
They pay % of money they get selling your models, use some blackhat to promote your models and get money :D

Hey man , giving up and quiting is never a solution , quit only when you think you ve got something else which is working out better.
Until then, hold on keep looking around until you find your Haven !

I'm still in business, buy i quit 3D modelling. I'm trying cpa and forex at a lower level and i'll hope my income will grow up. (Hope so, because this is not enough)

And by the way. i won't consider buying a jr.vip because i see lots of them here(on free section). If the good methods are in that section and here are the almost saturated ones, what are you reading, posting and asking for help here ? (Maybe i`m wrong, but this is my point). Peace!
