Most of the wiki type of links are no follow. While they may be good for brand exposure, and for you to create a brand, but if you were looking for something that can pump up the SERP immediately, you can count wiki links out as they do not do that anymore.
Wiki links used to have a small spike last time, but when these were discovered, yet again, the link juice were reduced for these type of sites.

No wiki links are of no use, doesn't matter much what the niche is. They're not worth your try.

OP there are some wikis which give do-fo-llo-w links and they worth your time.
