i have a big amount of verified, old twitter accounts.

can i use them nocontextually? for example i link to sites about movies and to sites about games=both things are different!

how many tweets with links can i post daily to not get my ass hanged?

Twitter says on it's own site regarding twitter limits: "The Tweet limit of 2,400 updates per day is further broken down into semi-hourly intervals. If you hit your account update/Tweet limit, please try again in a few hours after the limit period has elapsed."

I didn't realize that so many tweets could be pumped out per day.

Meanwhile, aside from twitter rules, I just think its a bad idea to post too much, like a bot. Quality followers will unfollow if they keep getting inundated.
