Contextual backlinks

Hi,
I scraped i pretty good domain manually (an old seo agency) and registered it for 30$ (.ma domain) but its not contextual with my Art craft e-commerce website :

Should i restore the old content and add articles in thz art and crafts niche? Or just sell it? How to make it contextual?

Make it a PBN website, add relevant content and link to your e-commerce. Problem is one PBN website ain't enough to make a difference.

Make it a pbn ? whats the difference ? like add content and articles ?
if i ony restore old content and add blogs it seems like a pbn to me

If you have a row of PBNs in front of your money site, you can point lower quality links to your PBN and build a link pyramid. They also don't need to use premium templates, just look human worthy.
