Kindly anybody tell me about Contextual Back-links? How we can get? I could not understand what is it, like get 300 back-links in $50-100?
Links contained inside articles are contextual links. Quite frankly, you can't get 300 links worthy for that price. $50-$100 can get you between 1 and 4 links depending on the quality of the site giving the link and the seller.

The keywords and websites of your business or personal which is used within the article are called contextual links.

Contextual means in related to context or text
These are links within text.

contextual means hyperlinking links to your website using relevant keyword anchors. it's effective for Google.

Contextual links are in most cases the ones coming from content body. Page, blog post etc.

These can provide more context. Not only with anchor text but also surrounding text, headings and other formatting.

Footer, sidebar, menu etc links provide very little context therefore hold less power in terms of content relevance and are considered inferior.

Contextual backliks - links among the niche-related text. Quite a good stuff.
They can be expensive like guest posts or so, middle-priced (like contextual links from free authority blogs & unique hand-written content), and cheap ones (those you think are $50 for 300 backlinks).
I recommend to use expensive & moddle priced ones for the main site, and the cheap links only for tier-2. There is no reason to build links for $0,2 for the main site - too risky IMAO

These are the links placed inside relevant articles. And yes, they are effective.

Contextual backlinks are only found in places planned for the main content. Google prefers links placed within content for the simple reason that they are much more natural. At most, you can get tier-2 links for this price.

Think about it - are you more likely to click on a link that is part of the flow of a relevant text article, or a link from someone's social media profile? As long as search engines use both topical relevancy and backlink data as the basis of ranking, contextual links will remain king.
